Warranty Policies 

Our Lifetime Guarantee Policy applies to standard and custom-fabricated polycarbonate covers. Guarantee does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, alteration, abuse or improper maintenance of covers. Guarantee is in effect from the date of receipt by the original purchaser. Guarantee is not transferable, without the written consent of Window Well Supply Corporation. Window Well Supply Corporation will replace a defective window well cover at no cost to the customer. Under the Guarantee, replacement of the cover is the sole remedy to the purchaser and proof of purchase is required. Window Well Supply Corporation will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses caused by the use of our products. Any products sold by Window Well Supply Corporation but manufactured by a third party are not covered under this Guarantee.
